SUNDAY MORNINGS
9:30-10:30 a.m. - Calm Abiding/Mindfullness Meditation
11:00 a.m.-Noon - Dharma Discussion
We are reading Advice from a Spiritual Friend through June 4th. We will commence The Practice of Lojong on June 11th.

TUESDAY EVENINGS
Heart Sutra Practice - 7:00-8:00 p.m.

SATURDAY MORNINGS
Ngondro Practice 10:00 a.m.-Noon

SUNDAY MORNINGS at Padma Gochen Ling in Monterey, TN
10:00-11:00 a.m.

Masks are not required, but masks are provided for those wishing to wear one

Newcomers to the dharma center, please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of practice. This will help us to welcome and orient you before the session begins. Thank you
