Padma Gochen Ling is PBC-Tennessee’s retreat center and home to a local sangha.

Nestled in a secluded rural setting two hours east of Nashville outside Monterey, TN, it is a peaceful place to practice and contemplate one’s true nature. The land is crowned with a beautiful temple with a traditional shrine and a Sangha House containing a kitchen, dining room, bookstore, and two retreat spaces.

Named after Gochen Monastery, the Khenpos’ home monastery in Tibet, the name means “Big Gateway to the Land of Enlightenment.”

Padma Gochen Ling is blossoming with activity, with three weekly practices and ongoing events. It is the Ven. Khenpos’ vision that Padma Gochen Ling will be a regional retreat center, hosting year-round dharma activities, group retreats, and private retreats. We invite you to participate.
