WORK DAY SATURDAY, JUNE 3
We will have one workday before retreat, Saturday, June 3, 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. Bring any favorite tools you’d like to use and something for a potluck lunch. This is an opportunity to be part of uplifting the teachers’ mandala, providing the dharma teachings to others, and accumulating merit. Please join us for this meritorious activity if you can; the retreat is only able to occur by virtue of our group joyful effort.
INTRODUCTION TO BUDDHISM Sunday, June 4, 10 am–noon.
All are welcome. Learn out about the Four Noble Truths, karma, and the path of awakening. Instruction on beginning meditation. Potluck lunch afterwards. |
